Work Program/Project Schedule <br />Proposal for San Leandro Creek Trail Master Plan <br />Schedule <br />The Caltrans grant indicated the fi nal plan’s <br />completion date as September 2016. Assuming <br />an authorization in September 2015, that <br />allows for less than 12 months. This is an <br />achievable, albeit tight, deadline. The <br />kickoff meeting will be scheduled <br />immediately upon authorization <br />• Task 3 includes approximately 2-4 weeks <br />time to allow review by stakeholders. <br />It also includes time to respond to <br />comments before fi nalization. <br />to monthly. Our preliminary project <br />schedule is shown below with a compressed <br />outreach schedule and completion of the plan <br />by September 2016. A more fi nalized project <br />schedule will be created after the kick-off <br />meeting and will be maintained throughout the <br />life of the project.
