Work Program/Project Schedule <br />Proposal for San Leandro Creek Trail Master Plan <br />Task 3.2 – Final Master Plan and Response to <br />Comments <br />All comments will be clearly documented in a <br />table, stating the comment, and location of <br />the comment in the report and commenter. <br />Revisions to the document will be made or <br />where revisions are not feasible or possible, <br />details explaining why will be provided. This <br />provides an easy to read supplement to the <br />fi nal report and will provide reasoning back to <br />the original commenter if we their desires were <br />unable to be fully met. <br />A fi nal report, incorporating all fi nal revisions, will <br />be prepared in PDF format. Up to fi ve copies <br />are also assumed to be needed. Additional <br />printed copies can also be provided as <br />negotiated. <br />The fi nal document will be a graphically rich <br />document that can be readily understood <br />and appreciated by a wide variety of readers. <br />The document and response table will also be <br />valuable in providing consensus about the fi nal <br />recommendations. <br />Task 4 - Plan Presentation <br />We will prepare a presentation in consultation <br />with the project team for delivery to City <br />Council of both the cities of San Leandro and <br />Oakland. The presentation will summarize <br />the trail master plan, including technical <br />recommendations, and the next steps. We will <br />prepare the PowerPoint presentation that is <br />suitable for this venue, and prepare the draft <br />staff report.
