3.Work Program/Project Schedule <br /> Task 2.4-Citizens Advisory Committee Task 3 - Plan Development <br /> Meetings <br /> Task 3.1 - Draft Master Plan <br /> We will participate in four Citizen Advisory <br /> committee meetings, both to present We will prepare a Master Plan outlining the <br /> information and to collect feedback.
