AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PLN2007-00040 and 2008-00024 <br /> 400 Hudson Lane(former Hudson Lumber site) <br /> Chill Build, LLC (applicant and property owner) <br /> V. ENGINEERING AND TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> BB. Applicant shall maintain to the City's standards and specifications the ingress and egress <br /> immediately west of San Leandro Boulevard, commonly known as Polar Way, including <br /> but not limited to all sidewalks, and storm drains. <br /> CC. Upon abandonment and/or transfer to the City by Alameda County and/or Union Pacific <br /> Railroad of the Union Pacific Railroad Right of Way located upon and burdening <br /> Applicant's property (or adjacent to Applicant's property) commonly known as Polar <br /> Way, City will take all necessary and appropriate actions to vacate the property so that it <br /> reverts to the ownership of Applicant.
