This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibits A. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br />10.12 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010.
