<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 3/4/2016 <br />BKF Engineers Exhibit A – Page 19 of 24 <br />Consultant shall prepare the 100% PS&E documents to address comments from the Focus Meeting, <br />Design Coordination Meeting #2 and the Caltrans review of the 70% PS&E. Construction details will be <br />finalized as part of Task 5. The individual design components shall undergo an in-house review by the <br />Consultant to check for completeness and compliance to standards to ensure a complete and constructible <br />design package. Consultant shall conduct additional site investigations prior to completion of the 100% <br />PS&E to ensure existing conditions are depicted accurately. <br /> <br />The City will submit the 100% PS&E to Caltrans for review if needed. <br /> <br />Deliverables (due 4 weeks after Design Coordination Meeting #2 or receipt of Caltrans review comments <br />on the 70% PS&E, whichever occurs later): <br />- 100% plans in PDF and AutoCAD formats. Plans shall be 34” by 22” in size (ANSI D) on City title <br />block <br />- 100% technical specifications in Microsoft Word <br />- 100% cost estimate in Microsoft Excel <br /> <br />Task 6 – Final PS&E <br />Consultant shall prepare the final PS&E documents to address review comments on the 100% PS&E. <br />Consultant shall conduct a final QA/QC review of the PS&E documents to ensure all design elements are <br />thoroughly addressed. <br /> <br />Deliverables shall be signed and stamped by the Consultant and/or Subconsultant (due 3 weeks after <br />Consultant receives review comments on the 100% PS&E): <br />- Final plans in PDF and AutoCAD formats. Plans shall be 34” by 22” in size (ANSI D) <br />- Final technical specifications in Microsoft Word <br />- Final cost estimate in Microsoft Excel
