Change order <br />work will be funded from the Water Pollution Control Enterprise Funds) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro did, on April 20, 2015, award a <br />construction contract to Con-Quest Contractors, Inc. for the Sanitary Sewer Line <br />Replacement/Repair 2012-13 Project, Project No. 2013.0120 with the adoption of Resolution <br />2015-83, and: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro did on September 8, 2015, <br />authorize a Contract Change Order Cap of 25% for the construction contract with Con-Quest <br />Contractors, Inc, and: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council had previously allocated $1,400,000.00 of funding <br />towards the completion of the subject project, and: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been made aware that urgent repairs are needed to <br />the sanitary sewer system to provide for public safety and planned development and as such <br />additional change order authorization is required. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That an additional $291,510.04 of Water Pollution Control Enterprise Funds is hereby <br />appropriated towards the completion of the subject project, and <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 3/29/2016
