<br />87 SECTION 6: ATTACHMENTS | 2014_0122 <br /> <br /> CALIFORNIA <br />ADDITIONAL TERMS <br /> <br /> <br />A. California Participating Addendum Eligibility Requirements (for use by State Departments) <br /> <br />The State of California will only consider entering into a Participating Addendum with a successful Responder <br />for a specific band when the following conditions are met: <br /> <br />1. At least three Responders were awarded Master Agreements for the band; and <br />2. Responder’s point total in Phase II of the RFP Evaluation was within 25% of the highest point total for <br />the Band. <br /> <br />Note: California will only be able to execute Participating Addenda for bands where at least three (3) <br />successful Responders, meeting the criteria outlined above, sign Participating Addenda. <br /> <br />B. California Participating Addendum Eligibility Requirements (for use by Political Subdivisions) <br /> <br />The State of California reserves the right to decide on Participating Addendum eligibility requirements after <br />award of Master Agreement(s). <br /> <br />C. Terms and Conditions <br /> <br />Terms and conditions listed below will be incorporated and made a part of California Participating Addenda: <br /> <br />1.
