File Number: 16-168 <br />1. That the City of San Leandro shall use Measure B, Measure BB and Vehicle <br />Registration Fee DLD funds for local transportation programs; and <br />2. That the City of San Leandro and its agents shall comply with the Alameda CTC <br />MPFA; and <br />3. That said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and <br />execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />4. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantial revisions to said <br />agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />5.
