Keep and distribute minutes. <br />Incorporate City direction after public input, in any. <br />Prepare 30% design level detail drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimate for the <br />selected alternatives. Review drawings with City staff and incorporate any comments. Plans <br />shall include layout, typical cross-sections, and planting plans. Signal plans for the Marina <br />Boulevard / Aurora Drive intersection will be prepared by others, this scope includes <br />conceptual layout of signal equipment and poles. <br />Meetings: 30% draft review meeting with City staff <br />Deliverables, Draft (4 hardcopies) and final (Autocad, <br />following: <br />1. 30% construction plans <br />2. 30% technical specifications <br />3. Estimate of construction cost <br />Schedule: 8 weeks <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />Mark Thomas and Company, Inc. for Marina Boulevard Streetscape <br />Word, and Excel) versions of the <br />Exhibit A — Page 3 of 3 <br />
