Survey shall include property and right of way lines as shown on existing subdivision maps. <br />Properties that aren't mapped shall be shown as depicted on the county assessor's maps. <br />Survey shall include below ground utilities. Consultant shall obtain relevant maps from <br />utility owners. City will provide utility maps for City owned utilities. <br />Survey shall include lines and symbols that accurately depict the features measured, aerial <br />photographs, if used, shall not be a substitute for line work. <br />Meetings: None <br />Deliverables: Autocad file of Survey <br />Schedule: 8 weeks after notice to proceed. <br />Task 3 — Design Concepts <br />Organize and lead meetings listed below. Keep and distribute minutes. <br />Evaluate and develop two design concepts for each segment of Marina Boulevard. <br />Concepts shall show extent and nature of sidewalk, landscaping, pedestrian bulb -outs, <br />medians, street lights, roadway striping, and place making elements. Cross sections shall be <br />included as needed to illustrate plans to a technical audience. <br />Prepare construction cost estimates for each concept. <br />Meetings: <br />1. Kickoff meeting with City staff to discuss design criteria and project goals. <br />2. Kickoff meeting with Cal -Coast to discuss their development themes especially as <br />related to public improvements such as lighting, landscaping, street furniture, and <br />signage. Determine what goals Cal -Coast has for the project, if any. <br />3. Concept review meeting with City staff and Cal -Coast. <br />Deliverables: Meeting agendas and minutes in Microsoft word. <br />Estimate of construction cost in Microsoft Excel. <br />Conceptual plans, 4 hard copies <br />Schedule: 8 weeks after Task 1 <br />Task 4 — Public Innut <br />Organize and lead meetings listed below. Keep and distribute minutes. City will secure <br />meeting location and send meeting notices. <br />Incorporate City comments on conceptual plans, if any.
