A Notice of Exemption was filed with the <br />Alameda County Clerk-Recorder’s Office on August 21, 2014 . <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />This project was advertised on March 20, 2015 in the Daily Review as well as in three other <br />newspapers whose circulation reflects the diversity of San Leandro. Staff also notified <br />contractors interested in working with the City via email and sent plans to fifteen plan rooms. <br />The contractor provided notification door hangers to properties adjacent to the project <br />immediately before work began. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The total cost of this project including design, bid, construction, inspection, and construction <br />administration is $1,041,000.
