• <br /> Agreement or any provisions hereof unless Participant has received written notice of the <br /> violation or deficiency and Participant fails to cure such violation or deficiency within thirty (30) <br /> days after receipt of written notice or, if the matter cannot be cured in thirty (30) days, fails to <br /> commence the cure within thirty (30) days and to diligently prosecute such cure thereafter. If <br /> Participant fails to cure the default as set forth in this Section, the Agency may discontinue all <br /> payments pursuant to Section 307.2 of this Agreement until such default is cured. <br /> VII. [Section 700] ENTIRE AGREEMENT, WAIVERS AND AMENDMENTS <br /> This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties. <br /> This Agreement integrates all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental <br /> hereto, and supersedes all negotiations or previous agreements between the parties with <br /> respect to all or any part of the subject matter hereof. <br /> All waivers of the provisions of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the <br /> appropriate authorities of the Agency or the Participants, and all amendments hereto must be in <br /> writing and signed by the appropriate authorities of the Agency and the Participant. <br /> VIII.
