Description of Project: The proposal consists of new construction and utilization of existing <br /> structures on the site previously occupied by the Safeway Preserves Plant. The main <br /> manufacturing/assembly buildings will be demolished to make way for construction of a <br /> showroom associated with the new Ford automobile dealership. Two metal buildings will <br /> remain and will be utilized for parts storage,service canopies and service bays. The site will <br /> be repaved, landscaped and new site lighting added.
