IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-064 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND CONTERRA WIRELESS BROADBAND, LLC TO <br />LEASE CITY -FIBERS FOR THE SAN LEANDRO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Conterra Wireless <br />Broadband, LLC has been presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement with Conterra Wireless Broadband, LLC in the amount of $1,764 to <br />be paid annually to the City of San Leandro, with no additional cost incurred by the City of San <br />Leandro is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 6th day of June, 2016, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ::A <br />Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
