Costs to be paid for <br />from the Annual Street Sealing 2014-15 budgeted funds) <br />WHEREAS, on October 3, 2014, by Resolution No. 2014-117, the City of San Leandro <br />awarded a construction contract to AJW Construction for the Annual Sidewalk Repair <br />Program 2014-15; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro authorized increasing the <br />Change Order cap to over 25%; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro authorized a total expenditure <br />cap of $554,463.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the work to complete the project will exceed the expenditure cap; and <br />WHEREAS, the project’s budget is sufficient to accommodate the increased <br />expenditure cost. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to increase the expenditure limit <br />for the subject project to $689,414.00. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 6/14/2016
