The liability of any Owner for performance of any <br />of the provisions of this Declaration shall terminate upon sale, <br />transfer, assignment, or other divestment of the Owner's entire <br />interest in his or her Lot with respect to obligations arising <br />from and after the date of the divestment. <br />Fair Housing <br />Section 10.06.
