<br />Stanislaus County Capital Projects <br />Plan Check Services <br /> <br />To date, 4LEAF has completed plank check services on the following projects: <br /> <br />• Barracks Replacement <br />• Coroner Facility <br />• Psychiatric Facility <br />• Public Safety Center Projects 1, 2, and 3 <br /> <br />Project Examples <br />Public Safety Center Projects 1 & 3 <br />• Project One (Maximum‐Security/Medical/Mental Health <br />Housing Units) – Includes two maximum‐security housing units <br />(240 beds each), special needs housing unit, medical and mental <br />health housing unit (72 OSHPD‐licensable beds), health services <br />facility, and security administration, to be funded 90% by <br />Assembly Bill/AB 900 Phase II funding and 10% by County <br />matching funds. <br /> <br />• Project Three (Intake, Release, Transportation) ‐ Includes <br />various support facilities to be funded entirely by County funds <br />through funds set aside from Public Facility Fees. <br /> <br />These projects consist of 135,200 square feet (sf) of housing, <br />treatment, and program space on approximately 9 acres of the <br />greater 127± acres of County‐owned land on which the County's <br />existing Public Safety Center is located. Projects One and Three will <br />include two new buildings constructed primarily of steel and <br />concrete for security and long‐term durability. Project One will be a <br />jail expansion, approximately 101,600 sf, that includes two <br />maximum security adult detention housing units, one <br />medical/mental health housing unit, a health services unit, a <br />security administration (control) center, and all necessary <br />circulation and common space. Project Three will be an intake, <br />release, and transportation center, approximately 33,600 sf. Both <br />of these facilities will be dependent on the existing, adjacent <br />facilities for several core operational components, including <br />kitchen and laundry services; offender intake, release, and <br />transportation; and <br /> <br />Client Name: County of Stanislaus <br />Project Location: 200 E.
