<br />Administrative Office of the Courts <br />Plan Review Services <br /> <br />4LEAF is currently under contract to perform the architectural, structural, and MEP reviews for projects <br />procured by the Administrative Office of the Courts. To date, 4LEAF has or is currently reviewing three separate <br />projects for the Administrative Offices of the Courts. These building department style plan reviews include a <br />Structural review, building (life‐safety) review, accessibility / ADA review (performed by a Certified Access <br />Specialist), energy compliance / title 24 reviews, and a Plumbing / Mechanical / Electrical review. All final <br />submitted project documents must be wet stamped and signed by the project’s registered engineer(s) or <br />licensed architect(s) per State of California regulations. These projects include: <br />● Solano County Courthouse <br />● Yuba City Courthouse <br />● Hanford Courthouse <br /> <br />Kings County Courthouse, Hanford, CA <br />The proposed new courthouse, which is slated to begin <br />construction in March 2013, will replace and <br />consolidate five existing facilities. The facility, which will <br />measure approximately 144,460 square feet, will <br />include 12 courtrooms; support space for court <br />administration and public services; a self‐help center; <br />improved jury assembly accommodations. <br /> <br />Size: 144,460 Sq ft <br />Valuation: $136 Million <br />Consultant Fee: $19,000 <br /> <br />The project sustainability goal is LEED Silver certification, and the anticipated completion date for the <br />courthouse is March 2015. <br /> <br />Solano County, Old Solano Courthouse Renovation, <br />Fairfield, CA <br />The proposed new courthouse will be approximately <br />25,000 square feet and will include the renovation of <br />the original courthouse that was built in 1911. <br /> <br />Yuba City Courthouse, Yuba City, CA <br />The proposed new courthouse will be <br />approximately 79,000 square feet and will include <br />seven new court rooms.
