CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PLN16-0013 <br /> 3000 Waterfall Way <br /> Davis Street Family Resource Center(Applicant)and <br /> Standard Lakeside I LP(Property Owner) <br /> I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The project shall comply with Exhibit A date stamped April 7, 2016, except as <br /> hereinafter modified. Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro, Community <br /> Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, 94577. <br /> Exhibit A—Applicant Letter <br /> B. The Applicant and/or Property Owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br /> successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br /> informed of its terms and conditions. <br /> II. PERMITTED USE <br /> A. This Administrative Review is an approval to permit expanded enrollment by <br /> providing daycare to children from outside the Lakeside Village Apartments at <br /> the existing on-site Lakeside Child Development Center for a maximum of 24 <br /> children at 3000 Waterfall Way;Assessor's Parcel Number 77C-1290-18. <br /> B. The day care facility may be open Monday through Friday, between the hours of <br /> 7:00 a.m.and 6:00 p.m. <br /> C. All children shall be escorted into and from the day care facility by their parents, <br /> guardians,or other responsible adults. <br /> D. These conditions of approval shall be prominently posted in the day care facility and <br /> shall be distributed to all staff and parents/guardians of children at the facility. <br /> III. MAINTENANCE <br /> A. The portion of the property occupied by the applicant shall be well maintained and <br /> shall be kept free of litter,debris and weeds. <br /> B. Any graffiti on the portion of the property occupied by the applicant shall be <br /> promptly removed from the property,building walls and/or fences. <br /> C. The fencing and walls on the portion of the property occupied by the applicant shall <br /> be structurally sound and well maintained at all times. Any damage shall be <br /> promptly replaced or repaired. <br /> D.
