<br />Aleck is a Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience working
<br />closely with municipalities and developers on publicly funded projects.
<br />Select Project Experience
<br />Project Management
<br />Responsible for coordination of site development, subdivision, and
<br />public improvement projects with developers, municipal agencies,
<br />architects, land planners, and engineers. Prepared and negotiated civil
<br />engineering design and construction management contracts for projects
<br />in both the public and private sectors. Responsible for all civil and land
<br />surveying related aspects of the design and construction management
<br />process, including design and preparation of construction plans, platting
<br />and easements, specifications and bidding documents, material
<br />submittal review, progress tracking, payment processing, change order
<br />negotiation, and construction dispute analysis.
<br />Land Development Engineering
<br />Affiliations Experienced in a wide range of land development projects, working
<br />California Land Surveyors Association closely with land planners, soils scientists, landscape architects,
<br />President of Los Angeles Chapter developers and municipalities with the common goal of best use in each
<br />2006 and 2007 -received project. Responsible for civil engineering and land surveying in all
