Mike James Anderson, P.E., CASp <br />Plan Review Engineer <br />Experience Experience Summary <br />25 years Mike Anderson has over 25 years of extensive plan review <br />Education experience. He has provided architectural and structural plan <br />as, Civil Engineering, review services on numerous moderate and complex projects for <br />California State University, various jurisdictions and clients in California. His architectural <br />Sacramento <br />review experience includes both reviewing new construction <br />Registration plans for code compliance and analyzing existing buildings for <br />CA Registered Civil Engineer <br />potential occupants and building owners. This architectural <br />Certification <br />ICC Certified Professional Plans review covers aspects of the California Building Code including <br />Examiner occupancy type, rated construction, exiting and accessibility. <br />CASp—Certification No 328 Mike is not only a professional engineer but also a Certified <br />Access Specialist. Mike is currently responsible for providing <br />architectural and accessibility plan review and office staff <br />oversight for a variety of commercial, industrial, and multi -family <br />residential projects throughout the western U.S. Through many <br />years of project experience and personal contacts in the code <br />industry, he maintains a strong connection with and <br />understanding of the California Building Code. Mike has <br />extensive experience reviewing high-rise and mid -rise projects for <br />the City of Sacramento for conformance with the local building <br />codes and ordinances.
