IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-089 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH THE METROPOLITAN <br />TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (MTC) FOR THE INTERSTATE 880 INTEGRATED <br />CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT (I-880 ICM) NORTH ALAMEDA SEGMENT PROJECT <br />- WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of San Leandro <br />and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) has been presented to this City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the terms of the agreement will be memorialized in writing by the City Manager, <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement; and <br />3.
