<br />DSWC believes that a medical Cannabis dispensary should be more than a dispensary — it should provide
<br />comprehensive health and wellness services in a holistic manner to help manage illness and improve the
<br />quality of life of its patient members. DSWC’s partnership with the Davis Street Family Resource Center
<br />will provide our patients with an unparalleled wellness resource. Services offered by DSWC in conjunction
<br />with the Davis Street Family Resource Center and other local providers are as follows:

<br />Counseling - Many chronic and life-long conditions that our patients may endure, including HIV/AIDS,
<br />cancer, PTSD, addiction and the like, are extremely benefitted by counseling. Davis Street Family Resource
<br />Center’s trained counselors will be available to all members of DSWC. Methods of counseling available
<br />include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, psychological assessments,
<br />psychotherapy, psychoeducation groups, and mental health consultation.
<br />
<br />Medical Services - Davis Street Primary Care Clinic provides multi-lingual, community-responsive, and
<br />culturally appropriate medical, dental, and behavioral health care services. Our direct partnership will ensure
<br />our patients are aware of services offered and have all treatments readily available to them.
<br />
<br />Basic Needs Services - DSWC patients can also benefit from Davis Street Family Resource Center’s basic
<br />needs services, which include emergency food services, clothing, child care, and assistance with housing,
<br />employment, utilities, and transportation.
<br />
<br />Alternative Medicine - To provide our patients looking for a more holistic approach to treatment, DSWC will
<br />contract with local San Leandro-area alternative health and healing providers to provide “Eastern” medicinal
<br />healing methods, such as acupuncture, yoga, and chiropractic services.
<br />2.A.iv Quality Assurance, Product Safety, and Labeling
<br />
<br />Quality Assurance, Product Safety, and Product Labeling are vital components of the medical Cannabis
<br />industry because patients with compromised immune systems often utilize medical Cannabis to improve
<br />their conditions. As such, the medicine must be safe and free of contaminants to prevent further
<br />complications to patients with already weakened health. Too often, this medicine that they rely on to provide
<br />treatment or relief contains mold, bacteria, pesticides, or other harmful concerns. One of the most
<br />attributable causes is the lack of quality control when cultivating, processing and distributing Cannabis.

<br />DSWC has engaged CW Analytical Laboratories§ to develop our quality assurance program. CW Analytical
<br />has been developing and implementing science-based quality standards since 2008, enabling its clients to
<br />provide the cleanest, safest, and most effective medicine to patients in need. DSWC will implement the
<br />integrated Quality Assurance Plan developed by CW Analytical to ensure that we too can provide the
<br />cleanest, safest, and most effective Cannabis-based medicines possible. As part of this plan every product
<br />will be tested by CW Analytical Laboratories prior to distribution. Only products that pass our strict Quality
<br />Specifications will be dispensed. Test results will be clearly labeled on our packaging so every patient knows
<br />his or her medicine is safe for consumption. The protocols described below will allow for high-quality
<br />medical products that are free of molds, bacteria, pests, heavy metals, and harmful pesticides.
<br />2.A.iv.1 Testing for the Presence of Mold, Bacteria, or Other Contaminants
<br />
<br />Laboratory testing will be performed by our independent laboratory partner, CW Analytical Laboratories,
<br />and will focus on three basic goals: 1) ensuring product safety, 2) optimizing horticulture and production
<br />practices, and 3) research and development of new products. Ensuring product safety will be the top priority
<br />for laboratory testing. A letter of engagement from CW Analytical Laboratories is included as Exhibit 15.
