City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: October 3, 2016 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:16-454 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris ZapataCity Manager <br />BY:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION Approving the Measure HH Citizen Oversight Committee’s <br />Annual Report on Measure HH Sales Tax for Fiscal Year 2015-16 <br />WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, Measure HH was approved by 64% of the <br />electorate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Measure HH requires formation of a Citizen Oversight Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Measure HH requires an annual report, prepared by the Citizens Oversight <br />Committee, be presented to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Measure HH Citizens Oversight Committee’s annual report on <br />Measure HH Sales Tax, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said Annual Report on Measure HH Sales Tax for Fiscal Year 2015-16 is hereby <br />approved. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 9/27/2016
