• Conformed copy of full-size record drawing markups by the Contractor and the City's Construction <br />Management team. <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• One hard copy of the half -sized and full-size record drawings. <br />• One electronic copy (pdf) of the record drawings. <br />• Auto CAD drawing files with color setting (.ctb) files, plot configuration files, and Xref drawings. <br />Task 3 - Operations and Maintenance Manual Update (Carry -Over Task from Expired <br />CSA) <br />Consultant shall complete the electronic operations and maintenance manual (EOMM) that is currently is <br />under development. Consultant shall host the EOMM on an Internet -based Microsoft SharePoint server for <br />the duration of system development, until the EOMM is installed and migrated to the City's server at the <br />completion of the construction services contract. Consultant shall migrate the Microsoft SharePoint EOMM <br />content database from Consultant's hosted server to the City's server and assist with installation, <br />configuration, and testing to confirm proper operation and accessibility by City staff. Consultant shall <br />provide up to 4 -hours of training for City staff on EOMM user access and content management. Consultant <br />shall provide basic documentation for content and system administration. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Procurement, installation, or configuration of the required server/client hardware, network <br />infrastructure, and server software necessary to operate the EOMM will be by the City. <br />• Scope does not include development or population of EOMM content, templates, and sites for <br />facilities or treatment processes other than those identified in Task 8 - Operations and <br />Maintenance Manual Update of the expired CSA. <br />• Paper copy of the 0&M manual will be a printout from the electronic 0&M manual, formatting of the <br />printout will be similar to the formatting of a webpage printout. <br />Consultant Deliverables: <br />• One paper copy of the 0&M manual. <br />• Electronic copy of 0&M manual. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between Project No. 08-593-52-239 <br />City of San Leandro and Carollo Engineers, Inc.
