File Number: 16-550 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That funds in the amount of $40,000 from Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian funds are <br />appropriated to account no. 141-36-351; and <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized; and <br />That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve cumulative <br />amendments to said agreement up to a maximum of $19,259.50, which is 25% of the original <br />agreement amount of $77,038.00. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 11/1/2016
