The Building Official is authorized to grant extensions for demonstrated cause. <br /> <br />108.2 Conformance. <br /> <br />Temporary structures and uses shall conform to the structural strength, fire safety, means of <br />egress, accessibility, light, ventilation and sanitary requirements of this Code as necessary to <br />ensure public health, safety and general welfare. <br /> <br />108.3 Temporary power. <br />The Building Official is authorized to give permission to temporarily supply and use power in part <br />of an electric installation before such installation has been fully completed and the final certificate <br />of completion has been issued. The part covered by the temporary certificate shall comply with <br />the requirements specified for temporary lighting, heat or power in the Electrical Code. <br /> <br />108.4 Termination of approval. <br /> <br />The Building Official is authorized to terminate such permit for a temporary structure or use and to <br />order the temporary structure or use to be discontinued. <br /> <br />SECTION 109 <br />FEES <br />109.1 Payment of fees. <br />A permit shall not be valid until the fees prescribed by law have been paid, nor shall an <br />amendment to a permit be released until the additional fee, if any, has been paid. <br /> <br />Fees shall be assessed for permits and associated plan review in accordance with the fee <br />schedule established by the San Leandro City Council as set forth in Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code. <br /> <br />109.2 Permit fees. <br /> <br />1.General: Fees shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of this section. <br />2.Permit Fees: The fee for each permit shall be as set forth in this section. The determination of <br />value or valuation under any of the provisions of this Code shall be made by the Building Official. <br />The value to be used in computing the building permit and building plan review fees shall be the <br />total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued as well as all finish work, painting, <br />roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing systems and <br />other permanent equipment. <br />3.Plan Review Fees: When submittal documents are required by Section 107.1, a plan review <br />shall be paid at the time of submitting the submittal documents for plan review.
