IV. PLANNING SERVICES DIVISION <br />A. Six antennas will be mounted on the new 67 -foot tall monopine with a centerline <br />elevation of 58 feet above final grade and the top of the antennas shall not exceed the <br />height of the monopole. Needle socks shall be installed on each antenna and RRH unit. <br />All antennas and associated equipment mounted within the monopine shall be painted <br />green in order to match the adjacent. <br />B. The ground equipment, standby generator, and the mounted service meter shall be <br />located in a 1,200 square foot lease area, which shall be enclosed by an eight -foot fence. <br />The dimensions of the lease area designated for the equipment is approximately 25 feet <br />by 48 feet. Noise from any equipment shall be required to comply with the City's Noise <br />Ordinance. <br />C. The monopine shall be located within a 49 square foot lease area, which shall be <br />enclosed by an eight -foot fence. The dimensions of the lease area designated for the <br />equipment is approximately seven feet by seven feet. <br />D. The fencing and gate around the equipment area and monopine shall be structurally <br />sound and well maintained at all times; any damage to the fence shall be promptly <br />repaired and any graffiti shall be promptly removed. Barbed wire shall not be placed on <br />the fence. <br />E. The applicant and the owner of the property upon which the cellular facility is to be <br />installed shall cooperate with the providers of other cellular, personal communication or <br />similar communication systems for the co -location of facilities including similar antenna <br />facilities and will not interfere with other co -located facilities, as reasonably determined <br />by the City of San Leandro, facility owner and property owner. <br />F. The barbed wire located on the existing chain link fence running parallel along 143rd <br />Avenue shall be removed. <br />G. The monopine shall be well-maintained in order to ensure site safety and aesthetics. <br />Faded, damaged and missing monopine branches, needles and bark shall be replaced as <br />needed in order to maintain the visual aesthetic achieved through this entitlement. <br />V. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. Any graffiti on the property shall be removed within 72 hours upon discovery or receipt <br />of notification. <br />B.
