City of San Leandro <br />Sewer System Management Plan <br />Volume I <br />Record Keeping Requirements <br />Section E.3 of the Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Statewide General Waste <br />Discharge Requirements for Sanitary Sewer Systems (SWRCB Order No. WQ 2013 -0058 - <br />EXEC) requires the City to document all changes made to the SSMP since its last certification, <br />indicating when a subsection(s) of the SSMP was changed and/or updated and who authorized <br />the change or update. This record is to be attached to the SSMP.
