B. Fire Extinguishers rated 4A 40B:C shall be provided with a rating of A for every 1,000 sq./ft. of <br />warehouse area. <br />C. Emergency lighting shall be provided with 1 foot candle at the floor along the means of egress <br />route. <br />D. Exit signs shall be visible within 100 feet in all directions. <br />E. A Knox Box shall be provided for Fire Department access to the building. <br />F. A High Piles Storage Permit is required for Class A plastics greater than six feet in height or <br />greater than 12 feet for class 1-4 commodities. <br />VI. PERFORMANCE. STANDARDS <br />A. All uses and activities shall comply with the provisions of the San Leandro Noise Regulations <br />(Title IV, Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code), and specifically with Zoning Code Section 4- <br />1646.D.5.d which states that noise from Large Collection Recyclers shall not exceed 70 dBA as <br />measured at the property line. <br />B. No use, activity, or process shall produce vibrations that are perceptible without instruments by <br />a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br />C. No use, process, or activity shall produce objectionable dust that is perceptible without <br />instruments by a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br />D. Uses, activities, and processes shall not produce any unreasonable, disturbing, or unnecessary <br />emissions of heat or humidity, at the property line of the site on which they are situated that <br />cause material distress, discomfort, or injury to a reasonable person. <br />VII. SIGNS <br />A. Sign requirements shall be those provided for the zoning district in which the facility is <br />located, and shall not be installed until a building permit is obtained. In addition, each facility <br />shall be clearly marked with the name and phone number of the facility op<urator and the hours <br />of operation. <br />VIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. The site of the facility shall be kept free of litter and any other undesirable material. <br />B. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application as well as conditions of approval, <br />shall be recorded in the office of Country Recorder of Alameda County. <br />C. No application for amendment of this application or conditions of approval may be submitted or <br />accepted by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with all terms of the application and <br />conditions of approval; or (ii) the Community Development Director waives compliance with the <br />terms of the application and conditions of approval pending application for amendment. <br />Agreement to Conditions May 16, 2016. <br />PLN 16-0015 Page 5 of 6 <br />
