B. Provide a phin to the Building Division showing the entire building, identify all occupancies and <br />include the building type of construction. <br />IV. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />A. The storage of hazardous materials in quantities equal to or greater than 55 gallons, 200 cubic <br />feet or 500 pounds and generation of any amount of hazardous waste requires submittal of a <br />Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP). HMBP submittal shall be completed via the Cal <br />EPA CERS online database. An HMBP shall be submitted prior to issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy or final of a business license, whichever occurs first. The plan is subject to the <br />review and approval of Environmental Services. <br />The storage of hazardous materials in quantities equal to or exceeding permit amounts listed <br />in CA Fire Code Section 105, Tables 105.6.8, 105.6. 10 or 105.6.20, but below HMBP <br />quantities above or generation of any amount of hazardous waste requires registration via the <br />Cal EPA CERS online database. Registration shall be completed prior to issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy or final of a business license, whichever occurs first. The registration <br />is subject to the review and approval of Environmental Services. <br />The storage of two or more forklift propane cylinders, excluding a single cylinder in use on a <br />forklift, exceeds the HMBP threshold above. <br />B. All fees and charges related to Environmental Services programs shall be paid promptly in <br />full. Failure to keep accounts current shall be grounds for revocation of the conditional use <br />permit. <br />C. Discharge of anything other than rainwater to the stormwater collection system, which <br />includes area drains, sidewalks, parking areas, street curb and gutter, is strictly prohibited. <br />D. Containerized management of trash, solid waste, and recyclables shall be required to prevent <br />exposure to or contamination of rainwater runoff. <br />E. The elimination of exposure of materials, processes or equipment to the maximum extent <br />practicable is necessary to prevent contamination of rainwater. Exposures that cannot be <br />eliminated require use of Best Management Practices (BMPs), both engineered and <br />administrative, to prevent remaining exposures from impacting rainwater runoff. <br />F. The storage of materials or installation of processes and/or equipment outdoors may place the <br />facility into the General Industrial Stormwater Permit program and require submittal to the <br />State Water Resources Control Board a. Notice of Intent (NOI) to comply with the Statewide <br />General Industrial Facility Permit. Elimination of exposure to stormwater of materials or <br />activities by relocating indoors, covering, or utilizing engineered controls is highly <br />recommended. If an NOI filing is required, it must be submitted prior to finaling of the <br />building permit or issuance of certificate of occupancy. A copy of the NOI shall be provided <br />to the City's' Environmental Services office. <br />V. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />A.
