D. Any graffiti on the property shall be promptly removed. <br />E. No ribbon or barbed wire shall be installed on the wall or any fences and stauctures on <br />the property. <br />F. The outdoor area enclosed by the wall and gate shall be inspected and cleaned of animal <br />feces, if any, on a daily basis by the animal hospital staff. <br />G. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />H. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br />accepted or submitted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with <br />all terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community <br />Development Director can waive compliance with the terms of the application if they <br />are minor in content. <br />I. Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 5-2218, this approval shall lapse on September 28, <br />2017 unless a) there is diligent progress evidencing a good faith intent to commence the <br />intended use, or b) a written request for a one-year extension of the fence modification is <br />approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />Agreement to Conditions September 28, 2016 <br />PLN16-0048 Page 4 of 4 <br />
