We also recommend you submit letters <br />of support or petitions from your City Councilmember, other area <br />businesses, organizations and/or residents. <br /> <br /> 8. Sign application. By signing this application, you: <br /> Acknowledge financial responsibility for design, <br />construction, maintenance and removal of the parklet. <br /> Acknowledge provision of liability insurance coverage of <br />$2,000,000/$4,000,000 minimum, naming the City of San <br />Leandro as additional insured. <br /> <br />Completed steps 1 - 8?
