Street Rehabilitation Projects: <br />·Overlay/Rehab 15-16 to be complete by end of April. <br />·Street Sealing 16-17: 25 street segments in the Manor Blvd. area will start <br />mid-summer. <br />·Finishing plans for 15 streets in Overlay/Rehab 16-17; construction to begin in <br />July. <br />b. Traffic Safety Education <br />c. Bike to Work Day on May 11, 2017 <br />d. Update on City Projects <br />Committee requests to staff: <br />- A. Osakwe will post a complete list of street segments scheduled for resurfacing on City <br />website when design phase is complete, per Councilmember Lopez’ request. <br />- Recommend that staff do quality control on street seal projects; Councilmember Lopez <br />mentioned a rut on Best Avenue and asked if seal is under warranty. <br />2.C. Discussion Regarding Future Agenda Items - 1:06:58 <br />a. City Camera Systems <br />·K. Cooke solicited topic points from the Committee in regards to retention and <br />maintenance of images captured by City cameras. <br />·Retention policy for pedestrian safety issues. K. Cooke will investigate and <br />status report given at the May Facilities and Transportation meeting. <br />b. Bike to Work Day <br />c. Fiber Master Plan <br />d. I-880 Landscaping <br />·ACTC funding agreement will go to Facilities Committee first, then to Council. <br />e. East Bay Greenway <br />·Councilmember Lopez commented that a member of the public has questions <br />regarding her student college thesis on the project. K. Cooke to review <br />responses with the Committee. <br />Per J. Kay, defer Bal Theatre to June meeting. <br />Committee request for staff: Add body cameras to the list of City Camera Systems.
