<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 07/17/2017 <br /> <br />Strategic Products and Services, LLC for Cisco Phone System Upgrade Exhibit A – Page 2 of 12 <br />The project will be carried out in three primary phases, each with specific objectives: <br />Phase I: Planning <br />The purpose of the Project Planning phase is to kick off a new project and establish an accurate plan and <br />schedule. During this phase the following will be performed: <br />• Identification of roles and responsibilities <br />• Development of Project Plan including milestones, tasks, timelines, reporting requirements and <br />communication plans <br />• Establish objectives for design and installation <br />• Perform data collection and discovery <br />• Validation and verification of hardware and software components <br />• Development of design documentation <br /> <br />Phase II: Implementation <br />The purpose of the Implementation phase is to execute the plan and implement the design established <br />during the Planning phase. During this phase the following will be performed: <br />• Installation and/or upgrade of hardware and software components per design <br />• Configuration and integration of hardware and software components per design <br />• Acceptance testing <br />• Day 1 support <br /> <br />Phase III: Close-Out <br />The purpose of the Close-Out phase is to finalize all project deliverables including reviews and <br />documentation. During this phase the following will be performed: <br />• Confirmation that the design and implementation criteria have been met <br />• Confirmation that the acceptance testing criteria have been met <br />• Transfer of project knowledge to City of San Leandro IT staff <br />• Finalize documentation including design document and configurations <br />• Project acceptance and sign-off <br /> <br /> <br />297
