64 <br />B <br />2. Murals or portable paintings: In any materials or variety of <br />materials, with or without collage or the addition of nontraditional <br />materials and means; <br />3. Earthworks, neon, glass, mosaics, photographs, prints, calligraphy, <br />any combination of forms of media, including sound, film, <br />holographic, and video systems, hybrids of any media and new <br />genres; <br />4. Standardized fixtures such as grates, street lights, signage, and <br />other design enhancements, as are rendered by an Artist for <br />unique or limited editions; <br />5. Exhibit and Performance Space: Public gallery/exhibition space, <br />public performance spaces, Artist studio spaces, and Public Art <br />education facilities; and <br />6. Any other form determined by the City Manager or designee on <br />appeal, to satisfy the intent of this section. <br />B. On-site Cultural Programs: <br />1. Performing arts: Theatre, dance, music, and performance art; <br />2. Literary arts: Poetry readings and storytelling; <br />3. Media Arts: Film and video, screenings and installations; <br />4. Education: Public Art lectures, presentations, and training; <br />5. Special events: Festivals and celebrations; <br />6. Artist-in-Residence and Artist-in-Schools programs in arts and <br />culture; and <br />7. Any other form of arts and culture determined by the City to <br />satisfy the intent of this section. <br />C. On-site Art Spaces or Cultural Facilities that include one or more of the <br />following eligible components: <br />1. Gallery/exhibition spaces; <br />2. Resource libraries and artist registries; <br />3. Performance and rehearsal spaces, Artist studio space, and arts <br />and culture education facilities that are open and accessible to the <br />public; and <br />4. Any other form of Art Spaces or Cultural Facilities determined by <br />the City to satisfy the intent of this section. <br />75
