City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: September 18, 2017 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:17-348 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION Rejecting All Bids for the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) <br />Asphalt Replacement, Project No. 2015.0260 (rejects all bids for this project) <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on August 10, 2017, publicly open, examine and <br />declare all sealed proposals or bids for the work; and <br />WHEREAS, said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director <br />for comparison and recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering and Transportation Director recommends that the proposals for <br />said work be rejected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids for the WPCP Asphalt <br />Replacement, Project No. 2015.0260. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 9/12/2017
