File Number: 17-709 <br />Annual Accela costs include $97,500 in user license fees as well as funding for system <br />improvements needed in the implementation phase to enhance functionality, develop reports, and <br />benefit from operational efficiencies available. <br />$151,500 is available in the FY 2017-18 budget for this agreement.
