Exhibit D <br />Chabot Park Operating Plan <br /> <br />The information contained in this exhibit includes routine maintenance work completed by the City of <br />San Leandro’s Public Works Department. Chabot Park is open daily, based on hours established in the <br />City’s Administrative Code (Article 3, §7.1.305), as follows: <br /> <br /> January 7 AM – 6 PM <br /> February – March 7 AM – 7 PM <br /> April 7 AM – 8 PM <br /> May – Labor Day 7 AM – 9 PM <br /> Day after Labor Day to October 7 AM – 8 PM <br /> October 7 AM – 7 PM <br /> November – December 7 AM – 6 PM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Task Daily Weekly Monthly As Needed <br />Restroom Cleaning <br />Graffiti Removal <br />Trash Pick-up <br />Dumping Trash Cans <br />Painting Tables <br />Blowing Pathways 2X <br />Cleaning BBQs 2X <br />Inspect/Repair Irrigation <br />Cut Fallen Limbs <br />Clean Pirate Trail 1x/year <br />Rake Horseshoe Pits <br />Cut Down Weeds 2x/year <br />Add Gravel to Parking Lot 2x/year <br />Service/Clean and Remove Bowl on Drinking Fountain <br />Spread Wood Chips <br />Clear Ivy off Trees <br />Walk Park and Inspect for Hazards <br />Road Maintenance (Pot Hole Repairs) <br />Bridge Maintenance <br />Field Maintenance <br />Playground Maintenance <br />Fencing Maintenance <br /> <br />Public Works staff perform nightly lock-up of the entrance gate (accessed from Estudillo Ave.), securing <br />the premises until they are unlocked the following morning. San Leandro Police are available 24/7 to <br />respond to calls for service to this property. Fire suppression services are provided by Alameda County <br />Fire Department. The closest fire station is Station #9, located approximately 1 mile to the west, on <br />Estudillo Avenue. <br /> <br />566
