<br /> D. Mechanical Screening. Any rooftopor exterior mechanical aqpipmenu for the,building,
<br /> shall be screened from view so as not to,be, visible,from adjacent,properties or,street.%,to,
<br /> the satisfaction of the Community Developtrient Director,
<br /> E. Security Cameras, A Security camera,system shall be installed,maintained,and operated
<br /> for the rear commercial, unit. The security camera system shall be capable of producing
<br /> retrievable and identifiable,itmages,anda",storitag,thema,digt,ttallty,,where the records are able
<br /> to be enlarged and used to,assist law enforcement,. The security camera, systerm,must be
<br /> capable of identifying, all vehicles, entering, and leaving the, parking lot areas-, of the,
<br /> property, as well as,all indivildua1s,entering and,leaving,the rear,commercial unit.
<br /> The security camera system shall operate for no,Its&than,one,(1)hour-befbrv,the
<br /> opening of the rear commercial business,and,one(1),hour after theclosing,of the rear
<br /> commercial business, every day of the,week.
