IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2017-179 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> AMENDMENT NO. I FOR S86,471 WITH CAROLLO ENGINEERS, INC. RELATED <br /> TO THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT REHABILITATION PROJECT, <br /> PROJECT NO. 593-52-239 (PROVIDES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO <br /> CLOSEOUT WORK FOR THE WPCP REHABILITATION CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT FOR TOTAL COMPENSATION OF $465,054) <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement dated September 19, 2016 exists between the City of San <br /> Leandro and Carollo Engineers, Inc,; and <br /> WHEREAS, an extension of the contract to December 31, 2018 is recommended by staff, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to compensate for additional services in the <br /> amount of$86,471; and <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment No. I to the agreement, a copy of which is attached, was <br /> presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br /> agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Mana0er is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cox., and passed and adopted this 18th day of ecember <br /> 2017, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmenabers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez., Thomas- Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (o) <br /> EXCUSED: Non'-.
