180 ~ CiTY OF SAN LEANDRO BiCYCLE & PEDESTRiAN MASTER PLAN <br />East Bay Greenway is one of the highest rated projects in this plan. <br />(i.e. ready for implementation, funding sources have been identified or <br />secured, or are part of other projects/development that can partially or <br />fully fund these improvements). <br />The high priority projects are listed in Table 21. it should be noted that this <br />list is based upon project and funding criteria available at this time and may be <br />adjusted if the City’s priorities or revenues change in future years. in addition, <br />this list does not preclude lower priority projects from being implemented if <br />the opportunity arises. <br />High priority projects are categorized by two funding sources: 1) Committed <br />Measure B and Measure BB Pass-Through Funds and 3) Competitive Grants <br />including the Active Transportation Program (ATP). A detailed description of <br />potential competitive funding sources available to the City can be found in <br />Appendix D. <br />318
