File Number: 18-102 <br />WHEREAS, the project is statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) per California Public Resources Code Section 21083.3 (b) and CEQA Guidelines <br />Section 15183, Projects “Consistent with Community Plan or Zoning”; and <br />WHEREAS, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan is being updated pursuant to <br />previously approved General Plan and Climate Action Plan policies and the General Plan’s <br />certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby resolves that the <br />2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, as recommended for adoption by the Planning <br />Commission, is hereby approved and adopted. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 3/13/2018 <br />384
