Summary of citizen participation process/Efforts made to broaden citizen participation <br />Summarize citizen participation process and how it impacted goal-setting <br /> <br />Notice of a summary and the availability of the Draft FY 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan for 30-day public <br />comment was published in a locally circulated newspaper, Daily Review, on March 16, 2018. The City <br />Council will hold a public hearing on April 2nd, 2018 to receive initial public input on the Draft Annual <br />Action Plan and to begin the 30-day comment from April 6th through May 7th, 2018. The Draft Action <br />Plan is available for public review and comment at City Hall (City Clerk’s office and Community <br />Development Department), the Main Library, and the City website <br />(www.sanleandro.org/depts/cd/housing/plans.asp) during the 30-day period. <br />Note that because HUD still has not determined and released its FY2018-2019 CDBG and HOME <br />allocations, City Council will likely defer review of the final Action Plan to a future date.
