<br />
<br />The following table summarizes the assessed valuation of property in the Project Area
<br />and corresponding tax increment during fiscal years 2013-14 through 2017-18. The secured roll
<br />accounted for 96 percent of the total valuation in the Project Area in fiscal year 2017-18, with
<br />the unsecured roll comprising 4 percent. Non-unitary utility roll valuation accounted for a
<br />minimal amount of the Project Area’s valuation (the unitary utility roll is based on Countywide
<br />assessments and is not reported by project area).

<br />
<br />The ten largest assessees in the Project Area are shown in Table 3 for fiscal year 2017-
<br />18. The table includes the total valuations for the top ten property owners and the total
<br />valuations for the area as a whole (valuations include deductions for homeowner’s exemptions).
<br />The percentage of total valuation accounted for by each owner is calculated by dividing the
<br />owner’s valuation into the total valuation for the Project Area.
