CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PLN17-0046—1400 San Leandro Blvd <br /> BRIDGE Economic Development Corporation <br /> (Applicant/Property Owner) <br /> I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through F,dated July 12,2017, except as <br /> hereinafter modified. Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro, Community <br /> Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, 94577. <br /> Exhibit A—Site Plan <br /> Exhibit B—Floor Plan <br /> Exhibit C—South Elevations <br /> Exhibit D—West Elevations <br /> Exhibit E—Applicant Supporting Statement <br /> Exhibit F—Memorandum of Understanding Between St.Leander Parish and Davis <br /> Street Family Resource Center <br /> B. The Applicant/Property Owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor <br /> in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its <br /> terms and conditions. <br /> 11. PERMITTED USE <br /> A. This Administrative Review is an approval to permit a child day care facility for a <br /> maximum of 64 preschool age children at 1400 San Leandro Blvd; on a portion of <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0230-004-00, consisting of approximately 5000 <br /> square feet of commercial space, and as depicted in Exhibit A. <br /> B. The child day care facility may be open Monday through Friday, between the hours <br /> of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> C. All children shall be escorted into and from the child day care facility by their parents, <br /> guardians, or other responsible adults. <br /> D. These conditions of approval shall be prominently posted in the child day care facility <br /> and shall be distributed to all staff and parents/guardians of children at the facility. <br /> 111. ENGINEERING AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Building Permit plans shall show drop-off zones for the child care facility. <br /> B. Building Permit plans shall specify total area for day care and total playground area. <br /> C. The City's traffic impact fee program is called "Development Fee for Street <br /> Improvements"(DFSI). According to the City-adopted 2017-18 Fee Schedule,the <br /> Agreement to Conditions August 7,2017 <br /> PLN 17-0046 Page 3 of 6 <br />
