<br />Permit Submittal (100%) 10 Weeks from receipt of comments
<br />Final Bid Documents 2 Weeks after permit issuance
<br />Bidding Phase Approximately 6 Weeks
<br />Construction Administration Ongoing during construction period of ten months
<br />(approx.). Projected start of construction with
<br />school break in summer 2019.
