Summary <br />Repave and stripe the Marina Park South parking lot. <br />Description <br />Repave and stripe the Marina Park South parking lot (trimming of tree roots probably required as part of project). <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />The pavement has reached the end of its useful life. Deteriorating asphalt in the parking lot has created an uneven <br />surface with ruts and grooves. Tree roots are further damaging the asphalt from underneath, causing additional <br />instability and accelerated deterioration. <br />Consequences of not doing the Project <br />As asphalt deteriorates, tripping hazards are created.
