Summary <br />Grade land west of Marina Blvd and Neptune Drive intersection to match grades on adjacent properties and prevent <br />100 year flood water from entering the neighborhood. <br />Description <br />Grade land west of Marina Blvd and Neptune Drive intersection to match grades on adjacent properties and prevent <br />100 year flood water from entering the neighborhood. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />Draft FEMA FIRM documents have raised the 100 year flood plain such that it includes approximately 1000 additional <br />assessors parcels. This project will block 100 year flood waters from the bay and prevent them from entering the <br />neighborhood.
